In 1948 Jacky Perreten and his father John repaired skis in the family carpentry workshop, the development of skiing is so important that the carpentry eventually disappeared and gave way to a sports business of 100m2 in 1950.

In 1982, the rental area was expanded to meet this new demand. Finally, in 2008, the facades were refurbished. In 2014 Sophie, Matthias, Michel and Isabelle will welcome you with professionalism and a smile.

From a young age, Jacky Perreten was attracted like most little Ormonans by the practice of winter sports, in particular skiing. Quickly he distinguished himself in competition and especially in a discipline now disappeared, the combined four. In two days of competition, four races were held: cross-country skiing, ski jumping, slalom and downhill. In 1948 a participation in the St. Moritz Olympics, in 1950, the title of Swiss Nordic combined champion in Montana, in 1952 the Oslo Olympics crowned his career.
